We make our indoor flagstones compatible with underfloor heating, and we also make flagstone flooring suitable for outdoor use, as well as coping stones.
RUDLOE offers FREE site visits to evaluate and discuss your need for stone fireplaces / heating / flagstone flooring. Our knowledgeable Head Office team can recommend hand carved natural stone fire surrounds of appropriate design for the period of your home, and/or recommend a wood-burning stove or "high efficiency" gas fire best suited to heating your living space.
Finally, all of our staff fitters and installers are HETAS or Gas Safe Registered, and can fit your stone fire surround and/or install your new multi-fuel stoves or gas appliances, to certified and regulated standards. However, should you wish to arrange your own fitting/installation, we would be more than happy to discuss delivery arrangements to suit.

Stoneworks of Bath is the arm of RUDLOE specialising in bespoke stonework including (but not limited to) hand carved natural stone fire surrounds. Our stonemasons are artisans in stone with years of experience using traditional methods, and the results showcase the perfection to which they hold their work and the dedication to bringing to life the intricate designs requested by our clientele. With precision and finesse, fireplaces in Bath stone or Portland stone (or almost any other stone of your preference) can be made to measure to your requirements.
A selection of natural Bath stone fireplaces are on display in a dedicated area of the RUDLOE Showroom, in Corsham, just outside of Bath. We invite you to visit us -- with LIVE stoves in RUDLOE's fire surrounds, and tea or coffee to welcome you, you are assured a warm reception!
